The City of Billings Parks and Recreation
Department is pleased to introduce its new
online activity registration and park shelter
rental software application, WEBTRAC!
This will enable you or your family members to
enroll in most recreation activities or reserve
the use of a park shelter from our website 24/7
at your convenience without having to stop by our office! |

You will be re-directed to our secure server to
process your transaction, and then re-directed
to a secure gateway credit card processor for
payment information, and then returned to our
website once the transaction is completed to
print your receipt - the
City of Billings does not retain or store any
credit card information on our servers. |

The procedure is relatively self-explanatory on
the following pages - use the "search" menu to
find what you are looking for; use the "shop"
menu to make your selections; and then proceed
to checkout, however if you need
assistance you can contact our office during
